~May 17th 2011~ Currently I am building 4 lab 12 sub woofers for use at club parties! Not sure when the first party will be. I was hoping to have these done in the next few months, however progress has been slow due to difficulties with life. New jobs take some priority over projects.
To the left is a picture of the current state.

~May 20th 2011~ I finally got pictures working on the site. I had to change a setting that was implemented by default when I used Fedora. Fun. Progress on the cross-brace has been done. I cut holes for handles and routed out the edges to make it smooth. In the next few days I will continue with gluing the cross brace and corner supports in place. After this, I will begin epoxy gluing. :-)

~June 3rd 2011~ I started my new job at Software Information Systems and am loving it. I am continuing to work on the sub's in my spare time. I finished the cross-braces and glued together the 2nd cabinet. Next up: 2nd, 3rd, and 4th flare horn build, and Electrical for Cabinet #1. Once electrical is installed I will take a few more pictures and upload them.

~June 19th 2011~ More progress has been made. Speaker 2 is about 50% built... starting on electronics and speaker #3. I should have a chance to head up to northern Indiana to pick up my metal speaker access port covers. My sisters boyfriend was able to get them made using his work's CNC mill. More pictures to come soon...

~July 14th 2011~ Glued and Screwed! One cabinet is almost ready for prime time. One more coat of glue, some air leak tests and we are ready. Three more are waiting in the wings to be fully assembled. I need to run the table saw some more as I messed up a few pieces. Shouldn’t be much longer now and they can be banning at the Club Cyberia 501c3 Fundraiser!
